Once you\u2019ve done this, you\u2019ll find guidance on conducting brainstorming workshops to develop new ideas.<\/p>\n<h3>Who is the template for?<\/h3>\n<p>This \u2018hands-on\u2019 template is designed for anyone actively involved in creating and implementing content marketing strategies and marketing campaigns. This set of templates has been created to help simplify strategy creation in response to member feedback.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>How is this template structured and used?<\/h3>\n<p>This download includes two alternative templates, in Word and PowerPoint formats, that you can modify for your business and clients, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Content marketing matrix<\/li>\n<li>ToFu, MoFu, BoFu (top, middle and bottom of funnel content review)<\/li>\n<li>Mental \u2013 content model mapping to review website effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Examples of B2C and B2B content mapping (in the PowerPoint template)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to use this template<\/h3>\n<p>This template has been designed for teams to use when reviewing content strategy. It would work well in a group workshop setting to encourage collaboration and idea generation.<\/p>\n<p>The template has been structured using \u2018gap analysis\u2019 for different content assets and formats to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Review current use of content against a framework<\/li>\n<li>Assess how competitors use content<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorm new ideas<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize ideas for content.
