Aberdeen present their findings as 'Leaders' and 'Followers'.\u00a0Here is our summary of two of the key takeaways and the full report can be downloaded freely from <a title=\"Aberdeen research\" href=\"http:\/\/www.aberdeen.com\/Aberdeen-Library\/8412\/AI-content-marketing-relations.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Aberdeen's website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>1.
